K-PACK padded expansion mailer

Thanks to the 3 layers of paper, the envelope is very sturdy yet flexible. Fast and secure closure thanks to the 80 mm-wide seal flap including an extra-strong self-adhesive strip. Because the side fold is 50 mm wide, the exterior size is virtually the same as the fill size. The continuous (seamless) bottom provides extra sturdiness. Optimal protection thanks to the 3 layers of paper; the outer layer is 140 g recycled white, the middle layer is 140 g recycled grey (corrugated), and the inner layer is 80 g recycled smooth paper.
